Johnny on Fire

Pierogis and Kielbasa

7/25/2023 | 15m 54s

Johnny Spezzano and Humble Food Palace's Colin Olmsted makes pierogis and kielbasa.

With fairs and carnivals in full swing this summer, there's no doubt you'll make your way to your favorite food truck. One of those trucks that many of us look forward to is the Humble Food Palace, owned by Colin Olmsted, and his signature dish, pierogis. He joins Johnny Spezzano of the Border in the kitchen to show us how easy they are to make over fire.
