(pea-rexes growling) Join us as we follow the adventures of Ginger, a young tricarrotops, and her unlikely little friends, three baby pea-rexes, Wasabi, Split, and Minty, as they discover the many wonders that exist in this vast valley!
- Woohoo!
This is Ginger and the "Vegesaurs"!
(gentle music) In the cool morning air, all sorts of Vegesaurs immerge to start the day.
Meet Ginger.
- Mm.
- [Narrator] A young Tricarrotops.
(Ginger sniffs) - Huh?
(sniffing) No way!
- [Narrator] It's a honeysuckle.
(Ginger panting) Young Tricarrotops are born with a sweet tooth.
(Ginger groans) (nectar spatters) - Oh, yeah, that's the good stuff.
(Pea-Rex growling) (footsteps pattering) Hello?
(Pea-Rex growling) - [Narrator] This is a Pea-Rex.
It's hungry.
The playful Tricarrotops will do nicely.
(Pea-Rex growling) - Ah!
Hey, no need to bite!
- [Narrator] Though it has an impressive chomp, its tiny size is no match for Ginger.
- Go away!
(Pea-Rex groans) (body thudding) (Pea-Rex groaning) - [Narrator] But it's not over yet.
Pea-Rexes seldom hunt alone.
(Pea-Rexes growling) - Uh-oh.
(Pea-Rexes continue growling) Uh, I was just leaving.
(thrilling music) (Pea-Rex growling) (Ginger panting) (Pea-Rexes growling) Ow!
Hey!
Not my toes!
(grunts) Catch me if you can!
(thrilling music) Whoa!
(Pea-Rexes growling) Here goes nothing.
(Ginger grunts) Wahoo!
(laughs) Whoa!
(Ginger groans) (body thudding) (Ginger groans) (Ginger laughs) (Pea-Rexes growling) Let's keep in touch!
Miss you already!
(Ginger laughs) - [Narrator] Ginger's safe, for now at least.
(Ginger slurping) - Huh?
(tail rustles) - [Narrator] Ginger seems to have picked up some stowaways.
- What are you?
(pod pops) (Minty grunting) (Minty laughs) (Ginger gasps) - Wee!
(Wasabi laughs) (Wasabi groaning) (all mumbling) - Huh?
- Meet Minty, Wasabi and Split.
They're Baby Pea-Rexes.
(all laughing) - No!
Get away!
Get away!
Shoo, shoo!
(all laughing) Go away!
Just leave me alone, I know how bitey you can get.
Okay.
Well, um, bye!
Take care.
(baby Pea-Rexes chittering) (baby Pea-Rexes mumbling) (leaves rustling) Okay.
Gotcha!
(leaf rustles) Huh?
- [All] Ta-dah!
- [Narrator] Pea-Rexes are natural-born tricksters and are playful acrobats from the moment they are born.
(Ginger laughs) - You guys are pretty cute, you know that?
- Yeah.
- Uh-huh.
- But it can't work between us.
(Ginger gasps) No way!
More of the good stuff!
Are you three hungry?
- [All] Yeah!
- Okay, ready?
- Uh-huh.
- On the count of three.
One, two- - [All] Three!
- Wee!
(bodies thudding) (baby Pea-Rexes chattering) - Hey!
Where are you?
(all chittering) (all chomping) Whoa!
(Ginger grunts) (baby Pea-Rexes cheering) (Ginger slurps) - [Narrator] Who would have thought a Tricarrotops and three baby Pea-Rexes would become the very best of friends?
- [Ginger] You know, maybe we can stick together.
Just don't eat me.
Okay?
(all laughing) (gentle orchestral music) (exciting music) - Follow me!
- [Narrator] Tricarrotops are born with an immense sense of curiosity and hunger for adventure.
- Roar!
(all cheering) - [Narrator] They're strong, fast and clever, with a flare for creative solutions to sticky situations.
- Ready, go!
- [Narrator] As masters of disguise, Tricarrotops burrow their head into the ground and camouflage their frons amongst the greenery, They might not be the most graceful of creatures, but they're determination and good cheer makes them great leaders.
- Final formation.
(Ginger grunts) (Wasabi cheers) - (cheers) You rock, Wasabi - [Narrator] Tricarrotops also enjoy the simple pleasures in life.
(Ginger munching) Like the sweet taste of honeysuckle, which they relish.
- Mmm.

How you doing?
- [Narrator] Above all, Tricarrotops are friendly creatures that are always willing to help another Vegesaur in trouble.
(all chuckling) - Off you go.
- [Narrator] It's the late Crunchiest period, when the world was dominated by the juiciest and freshest creatures ever to rule the planet, the mighty "Vegesaurs"!
(gentle orchestral music) (exciting music) (baby pea-rexes cheering) (Wasabi grunts) - [Ginger] Woo-hoo!
(baby pea-rexes gawking in awe) (Ginger giggles) - Wait, how do I stop?
Ah!
Oof!
- Huh?
- Blegh!
(pea-rexes giggle) (laughing) All right, all right.
(distant crying) What was that?
- Huh?
- Wha?
(distant crying continues) Huh?
- [Narrator] It's a bokchoydactyl.
A baby.
It's become separated from its parents.
- Aww!
Hi!
I'm Ginger.
(bokchoydactyl babbles softly) - [Narrator] The peas are cautious.
They know they're one of the bokchoydactyl's favourite foods.
- Oh, I know you're not going to hurt anybody.
You're too little.
(giggling) That tickles!
Where are your parents, anyways?
(bokchoydactyl babbles softly) Don't you know?
- Oh, I get it.
You need to fly back to them!
Hop on!
Ready?
(bokchoydactyl giggles) - Eh?
(bokchoydactyl cheers happily) - Flap your wings!
(bokchoydactyl gasping softly) (Ginger grunts) Hm.
(pea-rexes laughing) - [Narrator] Baby bokchoydactyls don't know how to fly.
It's something they must learn.
(bokchoydactyl cries softly) - Don't you worry.
We just need to keep on trying.
(pea-rexes grunt) Everybody ready?
(all giggle) Now!
Now flap!
(bokchoydactyl gasping) Flap your wings as hard as you can!
Oh no.
Catch it!
(bokchoydactyl gasping) A bigger leaf!
- Ah!
(pea-rexes grunt) - (gasps) Whoopsie!
(pea-rexes grunting) (bokchoydactyl giggling) Now hold on tight!
When I say now, let go and flap your wings really, really hard!
(bokchoydactyl coos and giggles) Woohoo!
(laughing) (pea-rexes cheering) - [Narrator] Of course, the more practise a baby bokchoydactyl gets, the faster it will master flight.
- Now!
- Whee!
- Flap!
Flap your wings!
(bokchoydactyl gasping) - Look out!
- Uh-oh.
(grunts) (Ginger gasps) (baby bokchoydactyl crying) - Are you okay?
Don't cry.
You did great!
You wanna see something funny?
- Uh-huh!
Ya!
- Cover your eyes!
(muffled) Okay, open them!
(bokchoydactyl gasps) - Boo!
(bokchoydactyl giggles) - Boo!
(bokchoydactyl laughing) - Whoa!
- [Narrator] A good burst of laughter can sometimes help activate the wings muscles.
- When it laughs, it flies!
Hey, that gives me an idea!
(Ginger slurps softly) - Eh?
(bokchoydactyl laughing) - Wee!
- Yee-hee!
(pea-rexes laughing) (bokchoydactyl laughing) (baby pea-rex blows raspberry) - You're doing it!
You're flying!
- [Narrator] Once a bokchoydactyl knows how to fly, it becomes second nature.
- Yeah!
(bokchoydactyl cooing happily) (baby pea-rexes laughing) (Ginger giggles) (bokchoydactyl calling) (baby bokchoydactyl cooing) - Now that was the job well done.
(bokchoydactyls cooing) - Let's sing a song together!
(Ginger giggles) (gentle music) - [Narrator] Right claw.
♪ Put your right claw in, take your right claw out ♪ ♪ Put your right claw in and shake it all about ♪ - [Narrator] Marvellous.
♪ Do Bananaraptor and you turn yourself around ♪ ♪ That's what it's all about - [Narrator] Okay, left claw!
♪ Put your left foot in - [Narrator] Why, say.
♪ Take your left foot out ♪ Put your left foot in and you shake it all about ♪ - [Narrator] Good job!
♪ Do Bananaraptor and you turn yourself around ♪ - [Narrator] Okay!
♪ That's what it's all about ♪ Do Bananaraptor ♪ Do Bananaraptor - [Narrator] Very clever!
♪ Do the Bananaraptor ♪ That's what it's all about - [Narrator] Right foot.
♪ Put your right foot in, take your right foot out ♪ - [Narrator] Very clever.
♪ Put your right foot in and you shake it all about ♪ - [Narrator] Jolly good!
