Bridal shop sells wedding gowns to fund hunger relief

One person’s donation can provide multiple months of food to a family of five.
Paula Cerdas was inspired to make a difference last year as she watched the COVID-19 shutdown spiral people into poverty. So she gathered a group of like-minded friends and launched Lace for Love. The nonprofit collects used wedding dresses and then sells them for a major discount. It partnered with the long-standing hunger-relief organization Table to Table.
