Since the build up at Fort Drum, an emphasis has been put on building new houses and apartments because there was a shortage. As we approach where we need to be, there's still more projects planned! What could that do to the housing market? Do we need additional housing, on top of what's been planned to alleviate the crunch produced by Fort Drum's expansion?
