Armenia's minister of foreign affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan joins the program.
Violence is flaring up between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The conflict centers around the tiny enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh, which is officially part of Azerbaijan but also home to ethnic Armenians.
